Death is spontaneous! Are we choosing to die or be full of life?

After we have limited our threats, we start to realize that the threats we humans face is quite finite. When we list them down honestly, it becomes quite easy for us to begin nullifying them.

We all agree that “Education” is necessary for “growth.” What we fail to understand is, that the education that we have been provided for generations in “schools” is not at all based on “eliminating” threats. Nowhere in school do we learn how to be “sustainable” which is one of the biggest threats we all face.

As Guruji, GURU PASHUPATI says; “Once we master the process of eliminating our threats, the abundance of Nature showers upon us.”

Why does it happen? Because then, we will be presented with bigger responsibilities which indeed makes our lives an interesting story. This is one of the numerous ways we grow. Growth is what we all came here to experience. In fact, “if we are not growing, we are dying.”

It is the “vitality” that is leaking out of our bodies that should wake us up as our first threat. When we understand that the kind of life we are living, surrounded by artificial light, is contributing to the “leakage of the vitality of our bodies”, we will discover that we no longer have the flexibility, muscle mass, the youthfulness we used to once have.

This is a threat that people term “aging” and are quite okay with it, which we all know is far from being okay. Therefore, we must all learn to neutralize the threat of vitality. How do we do it? This is where Yoga helps.

The first and foremost focus of Yoga is to “restore vitality” through the practices of Pranayama. Before we learn Yoga, we have to learn to take care of our bodies. We must be aware of everything that is affecting our vitality. The effects of “artificial light” on our vitality.

We believe only plants need sunlight and we don’t. We think food is sufficient for sustaining our bodies. Humans need the Sun just as much as plants. We are evolved for sunlight. Our whole biology depends on our ‘Solar Circadian Rhythm’ which has to be taken quite sincerely. Another element is Water. It all comes down to all the elements in and around us.

Therefore, when we embark upon the quest for vitality, what we are actually seeking is the understanding of how new creation begins. It all begins by learning some very basic yoga of building our character and learning to create thoughts by “will” instead of “automation.” Once we are aware of these vital things, we can say that we are ready to learn Yoga.

The next threat that most people face is the threat of loneliness or being ostracized and having to live alone, which is a big threat that makes us do elaborate things to avoid loneliness. We often believe that the glue that makes us bond or connect with other individuals is solely based on family or blood. We must understand that it is neither blood that connects us with one another nor is it ethnicity, race or any of the things that we have been fed since childhood to believe and accept.

What really connects people is “value”. It is the value that two or more individuals exchange and appreciate that makes meaningful connections possible and most importantly sustainable. It is the value we provide each other that makes our connections precious and trustworthy. Nowadays what happens is, instead of connecting with people based on ‘value’, we try to relate it with futile objects and events which takes a lot of our priceless time and energy. In order to learn to overcome the problem of loneliness, we will have to learn to build connections based on “value”. It is as simple as that.

Another threat we face is ‘financial ruin’. This is a threat that we all have been fed wrong teachings about. The wrong understanding of nullifying financial threats makes us try and solve it with all the wrong approaches without even having the basic knowledge about ‘how’ money is actually made in this world. Since nobody’s got an education on ‘how money is generated’, they find it to be a big stumbling block. Think about it. It is just knowledge that we need! But currently, we are full of counterfeit knowledge regarding money and how it is to be generated.

We worship Goddess Lakshmi but fail to understand that she is indeed money! We have zero knowledge about the depth of it and the simplicity of how it all works.

This is one of the important lessons of Yoga. When we are in control of ‘Our Character’ and are adamant about being a beautiful character in a marvelous story; we begin to understand the limitations, we put on ourselves with our automated thoughts which eventually helps us to be aware to create thoughts based on ‘will’ and ‘purpose’ instead of ‘automation’ and ‘accident’.

In due course, making money or generating wealth becomes one of the easiest skills to acquire. It is no longer a big deal for us. Guruji mentions that it is possible to learn to make money in just 3 months and has done so himself. And when we practice all the skills religiously for a certain timeline, it ultimately helps us to be abundant and free.

We must start by nullifying all the above-mentioned threats because doing nothing about it will lead us to our deaths. After all, in order to win the game, we have to be in the game. As GURU PASHUPATI says…

"If we stay in the game of finding purpose and solving threats, we win. If we refuse to play and give up, we lose our life"
