Spiritual Energy: The 1 Secret you must know.

What is Spiritual Energy?

We often come across terms like energy healing, chakra system, consciousness, spiritual healing, etc. Undoubtedly, the awareness of ‘ENERGY’ and how it operates can literally change our lives in profound ways. Spiritual Energy can also be defined as the Kundalini Energy which is our potential as a human being. There are several ways to cultivate this potential energy that we all have. But first, we must begin with understanding the basics of Spiritual Energy.

Are there different types of Spiritual Energy?

We must understand that Energy cannot really be divided into categories. In fact, the energy that we can sense can be called ‘Material Energy’ because we can sense it. Likewise, the energy that we cannot easily sense, can be called ‘Spiritual Energy’ because it is not easily perceivable in the physical plane. However, if we are willing to shift our perception, we will be able to understand how complex yet simple Energy is. We can take examples of Gravity and Magnetism which act as different ‘fields of energy’.

These energy fields move photons, electrons, and protons which are the major components of our world, create new bonds between molecules and they are also responsible for the creation of Energy in the form of ‘Light’. There are mainly two kinds of particles; ‘Energy Particles’ and ‘Matter Particles’. It is necessary to understand that energy particles are quite different from energy fields. Similarly, there is a huge difference between a magnetic field and what a magnetic field can move or hold within it.

We can experience ‘Sthoola Shakti’ which means that we can experience our energy level as energetic or not energetic. But, certain energies escape our experience that we can call ‘Sukshma Shakti’. Sthoola Shakti is material energy and Sukshma Shakti is spiritual energy. Everything indeed is energy.

Devi or Shakti is an embodiment of energy but she takes a human form so that we can interact with her. This shows how compassionate she is. Devi takes care of us and everything in Her universe which includes us. We can flourish as long as we follow her ‘Maryada’. Devi Maryada is something that we all need to understand.

devi, the spiritual energy in and around us

Spiritual Energy in relation to Devi.

The truth is, we have a limited mindset when it comes to spirituality. We usually look at spirituality as science. We need to understand that spirituality is not science. Science is predictable while spirituality is emotional. Devi has spiritual emotions. The Devi Bhagavatam helps us understand that the spiritual emotions of Devi are emotions that we are also capable of. When we indulge in such emotions, we will be spiritual. We don’t find Devi lying in bed depressed or crying in loss. Devi only indulges in the Navarasa and so shall we. Our lives will become delightful once we begin to understand these things in depth. The Devi Bhagavatam helps us understand how she behaves in different situations.

We can learn about Devi Maryada in the Devi Bhagavatam. A few examples are:

a. When Devi comes as a ray, she is called Rashmi Devi. When Devi comes to us in the form of Sunlight as well as Moonlight, many good things happen in our body. However, we have polluted the moonlight as well as the starlight with the invention and usage of electricity and artificial light at night. Exposing ourselves to artificial light is Devi Maryada Ulanghan, which means we are violating Devi Maryada and we must stop doing that if we truly wish to live a healthy, happy, and disease-free life. We should build within ourselves the capacity to work in complete darkness at night. We can start by lighting Diya’s at night instead of bathing ourselves in artificial light.

Although living without electricity sounds impossible, it is not. Our ancestors had no problem at all living in the absence of electricity and they lived a long life. The fastest way to fall ill is by exposing ourselves to artificial light at night. When we stop violating Devi Maryada, our bodies will start working like it is supposed to work and we will not have any diseases.

b. Another Devi Maryada is to not wake up people when they are asleep. If we set an alarm to wake ourselves up, we violate Devi Maryada. This is because Devi works on us as Swapneshwari when we are sleeping by rewiring our neural networks and our minds. When we wake ourselves up forcefully in the middle of the rewiring that happens every night, we not only violate Devi Maryada, but we cause harm to ourselves as well. If we make the effort to avoid artificial light at night and wear orange-blue light-blocking glasses, it becomes much easier to fall asleep early as well as wake up early. When we do so, we have a lot of time to practise yoga.

Therefore, we should eat something as soon as we wake up and we should finish all our eating before the sun sets. Our digestive system needs at least 12 hours of rest for all the work it does throughout the day. All that work is coordinated by Annapurneshwari. If we snack in the evening, we are violating Annapurneshwari Devi. As a result, we will have physical as well as mental health problems.

c. The third way in which we violate Devi Maryada is by eating after the sun sets. Devi Annapurneshwari is not only present in the food we eat, but she is also responsible for controlling the light in our body. Whenever we put food in our body, it starts releasing its ultraviolet light. This ultraviolet light signals our stomach and intestines as to how thick to build the walls, what kind of bacteria to have around, and so on. All of that gets processed and ready to digest each time we eat something. We must understand that there is a lot of difference between gut bacteria that is produced in the morning and gut bacteria that is produced in the evening.

When we follow the path of spirituality, we have robust mental health and thick skin to bear anything that comes our way. This thick skin or Devi Kavacham is only possible when we follow Devi Maryada. Anyone suffering from mental health problems must first follow Devi Maryada. When we do that, we will be blessed by Devi with good mental and physical health. It is possible to have optimal mental health when we start following the ways of Nature. This is the only secret to being healthy in every way. Financial health is wealth and physical wealth is health. We need our relationships and our social structures to be healthy. We also need a healthy purpose and power and a good reputation with others to be able to enjoy everything that this world has to offer.

Can tapping into our Spiritual Energy help us?

To be honest, we don’t tap into our spiritual energy for it to help us. Devi is not something to hack, she is someone we need to have a relationship with. If we have a proper relationship with Devi, she will take care of us. Devi gives us adventures and pleasures. She also gives us hardships which ultimately help us grow and become a strong human being. It is not possible to imagine what Devi can give us if we start worshipping her. Having faith in her is necessary. This begins with not violating Devi Maryada. When we follow Devi Maryada sincerely, she guides us.

There are three Shaktis; Iccha, Kriya, and Jnana. Iccha means purpose, Jnana means knowledge and Kriya means power. Knowledge, Purpose, and Power is what we should pursue in this world. We must have the will to develop a powerful body and a powerful mind which will help us get the knowledge to take action. It is in fact, impossible to get knowledge until we take action. Taking action is the only way to tap into the powers of Devi. We don’t actually have to tap into anything because these three powers are our birthright.

If we follow Devi Maryada, she gives it to us out of compassion. It is not just her compassion but also her responsibility towards us. It is the Creator’s debt. When the creation starts respecting the Creator, the Creator has to take care of them.

We can learn how to respect our Creator from a Guru. A Guru teaches us Devi Maryada. After that, everything starts falling into place automatically. Of course, there are other Kriyas but doing them without following Devi Maryada does not work. We will not get jnana even if we do the kriya if we fail to follow Devi Maryada. Here is an article https://blog.chamundigurukulam.in/how-to-find-a-guru/ on how to find a true spiritual Guru.

All that we aspire to be, is our purpose. We have to evolve from having thoughts of killing ourselves to having thoughts of being immortal. This is only possible when we follow Devi Maryada sincerely. When we do that, we get the blessings of Devi to become immortal. This is a promise of Devi. The intention of doing any Kriya must be to get Jnana or knowledge. The more knowledge we have, the bigger our purpose can be. There is no end to growth. This is something we all must understand.
